Target Shipping Policy
There are two ways you can qualify for free standard shipping when you shop on Target’s website. The first way is to purchase your order with a REDcard. Handling fees or a minimum purchase threshold may apply. The second way is to meet a minimum purchase threshold of $35. The minimum purchase threshold doesn’t include taxes or gift wrap, and handling fees may apply. These offers are valid for orders shipped to all 50 states.
Target Return and Price Match Policy
Most unopened items that are in new condition are eligible for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date. Some items have a modified return policy, and you can find it on your receipt. If you don’t have a receipt or the item has been opened or damaged, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you purchase an item from Target and you find it cheaper elsewhere, Target will refund the difference. You’ll need to show proof of purchase and proof of the lower price that you found within seven days.
Target RedCard Rewards
The Target “RedCard” is Target’s credit card that allows users to score up to 5% cash back when shopping online or in-store at Target.
How to Use a Target Promo Code
When you’ve completed your shopping on the Target website, click the red shopping cart icon on the top right. On the cart page, look below the list of your cart items for an area that says, “promo codes.” Click below there, on the red button that says, “enter a code.” Enter your code in the box that appears and click the “apply” button.

Target offers live chat but it takes a bit of digging to actually find it on their website. in order to “speak” to Target’s live chat team, you need to scroll to the bottom of their home page and click “Target Help”. Once you arrive on the help page you need to click “select a topic”, and select the primary reason you want to talk to live chat. Once you select a topic a red box will appear titled “chat now”. Click on the “chat now” box and it will direct you to a live chat with a Target customer service member.

All customers who sign up for Target Circle will get a 5% discount every year for their birthday. This discount can be used in-store or online and combined with a manufacturer and Target coupons. Additionally, you can use the Target Circle rewards to get 1% store credit!
How Do I sign up for Target’s Wedding Registry?
You can sign up for Target’s Wedding Registry online or in-store. In addition to weddings, Target allows customers to create a registry for graduations, new homeowners, the birth of a child, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, as well as custom occasions. Any customer that creates a registry with Target is also given a 15% off coupon they can use for anything on their registry.
